Now Hiring - Truck and Trailer Sales Representative in Buda, TX

The position is directly responsible for developing new clients for new and used trucks and trailers along with maintaining and servicing existing accounts.

JOB DUTIES:

· Identify, profile, and call on prospective customers within assigned territory, developing and applying strategy as necessary to obtain orders.

· Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.

· Stay up-to-date on inventory, market, and customer trends.

· Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within designated territory to achieve monthly sales goals.

· Understand customer needs, while maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Promoting and selling of semi-trailers/ commercial cargo trailers.

· Writing sales orders, securing deposits and processing paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.

· Developing and presenting sales proposals to clients.

· Accountable to meet or exceed sales quotas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year sales experience preferred) meeting or exceeding sales quotas desired.

· Previous experience in sales-related to the transportation industry is preferred.

· In-depth understanding of the trucking/ freight industry.

· Self-starter, goal-driven, and able to work well with sales team.

· Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills.

· Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.

· Valid driver’s license with good driving record (CDL desired but not required).

· Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
